What's the T?

LEAGUE at AT&T is one of the oldest Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) employee resource group (ERG) established in corporate America.  Founded in 1987 as a charitable membership organization, LEAGUE at AT&T was comprised of individual chapters, with the first being established in Denver, Colorado.

Our Vision is to Champion the success and visibility of AT&T as a leader in diversity and inclusion by promoting Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Queer, Questioning, initiatives, cultivating relationships, and engaging our communities to develop our people personally and professionally.

LEAGUE at AT&T's Mission is promotes innovation and inclusion in a supportive environment for LGBTQ+ employees and allies.

We champion diversity by developing transformational leaders within our company and communities.

We see our purpose in four areas;

1. Empowering AT&T employees to equip themselves for their future through networking, mentoring, and leadership and skill development.

2. Advocating for LGBTQ+ advancement by facilitating awareness and activities among our colleagues, our customers, and the community.

3. Collaborating with AT&T leadership and unions to ensure an inclusive environment free from harassment and discrimination that promotes the ability for AT&T employees to bring their full selves to work.

4. Fostering strong partnerships between LEAGUE at AT&T, AT&T and external organizations to identify and execute LGBTQ+ marketplace opportunities that strengthen the AT&T brand return value to AT&T shareholders.
