Welcome to PRIDE 2022! It is hard to believe that it has been 3 years since our community was able to safely celebrate PRIDE in person. Like most of you, we are ecstatic to see loved ones and rally together as one community across the nation. As we have done in the past, we are collaborating with our partners across AT&T (ERG colleagues) to offer you a variety of events throughout the month. Be on the lookout for communication during the month that will be sent via NEWS and MS Teams.

|The Trevor Project Lunch & Learn||All AT&T Employees||1 hour||
|Attendees will participate in a facilitated discussion about what it means to be an authentic ally of LGBTQ people, learn the latest terminology used to describe LGBTQ communities, explore the ins and outs of “coming out,” learn about the importance of pronouns, and discuss the challenges faced by LGBTQ youth and adults.

|An interactive workshop that expertly and empathetically explores suicidality and mental health challenges among LGBTQ youth.
|Celebrating Pride: Understanding Minority Experiences in the LGBTQ+ Community||All AT&T Employees||1 hour
|Join LEAGUE, The NETwork DFW, ICAE and InspirASIAN as we continue our celebration of Pride month with our fireside chat: “Understanding Minority Experiences in the LGBTQ+ Community.”|
|Advocacy for the Transgender Community||All AT&T Employees||1 hour||
|A panel discussion moderated by an AT&T ally executive including participants from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT), a LGBTQ psychologist, and the Dallas Resource Center to discuss the current legislative environment and its impact on the LGBTQ+ community as well as discuss how AT&T employees can advocate and support the transgender community.
