March is Women’s History Month, and we start the celebrations with International Women’s Day on March 8th.  This year’s theme is ‘Inspire Inclusion’ which reminds us of the diverse women including those in the LGBTQ+ community who have contributed in significant ways to the success and advancement of women throughout history.  Take a look at the inspiring stories of 15 LGBTQ+ women who changed the course of history here.
 
As we are just a short time away from Transgender Day of Visibility on March 31st, we can also take a moment to remember that trans women are women, and they too have played a major role in the history of LGBTQ+ women.
