NOJ Members and Friends,
I've updated our accomplishments page with the numbers for our volunteer efforts for The RACE For The Cure on October 4th. They are as follows:
Hours Contributed: 43 Dollars Raised: $390.00 We had three volunteers for Pre-Race Activities: Goody Bag Preparation
We had four volunteers for Race Day: one Registration, one Photography, two Data EntryWe had two runners.
I contacted BCRC to see how much was raised in total. They don't have final figures, as sponsor money can come in as late as December. However, they are 98-percent sure that the total raised is $600,000.00.
My sincere thanks to all who volunteered, and ran, to make this event a success for everyone!!
